Refund & Cancellation Policy

All transactions executed on the COINZII platform are final once processed and confirmed. Due to the nature of Virtual Digital Asset transactions and market volatility, completed trades cannot be reversed.

• INR deposits made via authorized banking channels are subject to payment gateway processing.
• If a deposit fails but the user's bank account is debited, reconciliation will be initiated.
• Refund timelines depend on the banking partner (typically 5–10 business days).
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or payment gateways.

Once a buy/sell order is executed:

• It cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Market price fluctuations do not qualify for refund claims.
• Users are responsible for confirming transaction details before execution.

Withdrawal requests may be:

• Subject to compliance review
• Delayed due to AML verification
• Rejected if KYC requirements are incomplete

Approved withdrawals shall be processed to verified bank accounts only.

In case of:

• Duplicate deposits
• Technical settlement errors
• Gateway reconciliation issues

The Company will coordinate with relevant financial institutions to resolve the issue. Refund timelines are subject to third-party banking procedures.

Platform fees, spreads, and processing charges are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

If a transaction is identified as fraudulent or suspicious:

• The Company may freeze the amount pending investigation.
• Refund may be withheld until regulatory clearance is obtained.

Refund timelines may be impacted by:

• Government directives
• Banking network failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Regulatory restrictions

The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from such events.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time in accordance with regulatory or operational requirements.
